From millennia-old cisterns to snow cellars, grain storage areas, and noble cellars, each place will evoke new emotions in you. To accompany you on this journey, we’ve created an experience that combines history, art, and sensory delights.

An expert guide will lead you through the spaces of FOVEA. In the quarry-turned-snow cellar, a contemporary art video will immerse you in a stream of consciousness about the region, from karst formations to rock art. The tour culminates in the ancient acoustic cistern, where a master musician leads a sound performance paired with a tasting of local wine and select products from our region.
