FAQ
Yes, all FOVEA experiences require a reservation. The venues are exclusive, and the number of participants is limited to ensure an authentic and intimate experience. We recommend booking in advance, especially during peak season. You can do so directly on our website or by contacting us via email.
FOVEA is located in a historic underground complex featuring stairs and changes in elevation. The facility is currently not accessible to people with physical disabilities or limited mobility. We invite you to contact us before making a reservation so we can work together to find the solution that best meets your needs.
Check-in is scheduled for 15 minutes before the Experience begins. We recommend that you arrive early: unfortunately, latecomers will not be able to participate in the Experience, in order to ensure that it starts on time and that all participants have the best possible experience.
FOVEA is located in the heart of Matera’s historic center, within a restricted traffic zone (ZTL), so access by car is limited. We recommend parking at one of the following secure parking lots and walking to the venue:
- Damasco Autoservizi
- Piazza Cesare Firrao Parking Lot
- Nicoletti Parking Lot
Alternatively, blue parking spaces (paid parking) are available in the historic center, Zone B.
We recommend that you factor in the time needed to park and walk to the venue so that you can arrive on time for check-in.
